Fit was perfect, it's stretchy enough to be tight where you want it without it being too tight. I bought this for a party with friends where we had black lights up and it glows so amazingly. I will definitely be buying another!
These hoops are GORGEOUS!!!! I love them and they are just as I expected...there is 1 (one) little thing...They are LIGHT as a feather!!! OMG!!!! I forget I have them in my ear. Great Purchase!!!
